Mamoun's Falafel
Mamoun's Falafel is a delicious, cheap eatery in Manhattan. Their claim to fame is being the first falafel-serving restaurant in NYC. They described themselves as serving 'authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, and I chose to rebrand by using organic shapes and earthy colors and textures.
